1) You will be treated like a person–not a number–from the start. Annick is with you every step of the way from booking to follow ups providing high-quality, individualized customer service and care.
2) Your care will never be delegated to an assistant. Every treatment session is with Annick so that she can maximize the value of your visits and continually progress you toward your goals.
3) Your first session will be an evaluation that includes taking a thorough history to get to know you, your story, and your goals. Every treatment provided is tailored to you as an individual.
4) Skilled manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and thoughtful guidance will be the cornerstone of each visit.
5) You will receive a home-program that is routinely updated to help you continually work towards your goals in between sessions. This will include follow up instructional handouts, exercise videos, and more to make sure you feel confident in your ability to carry out our plan.
6) If you have questions or need clarification on anything between sessions, you are welcomed to email Annick directly and will receive a response within 24 hours–often much sooner.
7) When you sign up to work with Annick, she is with you every step of the way because you deserve to have someone in your corner, working hard to get you feeling your best!

Insurance does not get to dictate what we do for treatment and how often we see each other.
We can treat the full body–insurance companies often limit care to a single body part.
We can focus on wellness–insurance companies only cover injuries with diagnoses from a doctor.
We can pause and resume care at any time without insurance companies requiring you to jump through all the hoops again (like pre-authorization, obtaining a referral, re-evaluation etc.)
Price transparency–you’ll know exactly what you owe each visit, without any confusing and misleading medical jargon.
You can still use your insurance out-of-network benefits. Superbills for reimbursement are available upon request and HSA/FSA cards are accepted.
