Postpartum Foundations is a self-paced course that includes quick follow-along workouts & activities that support your healing and can be done in 10 minutes anytime any day.

This is for you if:

  • You recently had a baby and you’re looking for supportive exercise to help with recovery.

  • You want to set a foundation to get back to exercise symptom free.

  • You've heard about how helpful pelvic floor PT can be but aren't ready to make that commitment. 

  • You want to learn special techniques to support your body’s healing. 

  • You want to move well with all the heavy lifting of motherhood.

  • You're experiencing new aches, pains, and leaks but have been told it's normal and just part of being a mom (it’s not!).

Without guidance, it takes most women over 5 years to get back to an active lifestyle that they’re satisfied with.

This program teaches ways to support your body so that you CAN have an active postpartum recovery and keep up with the heavy lifting of motherhood.

This program will help you reconnect with your body after the major changes it went through during pregnancy and childbirth. We’ll focus on laying a foundation of healthy movement by tapping into the deep core and posture muscles. We’ll also start the process of building strength by performing everyday, functional movements with intention. With this, you will be able to confidently support your body’s healing while keeping up with the heavy demands of motherhood.

Meet Annick

Dr. Annick Lamb is a pelvic health physical therapist, birth doula, perinatal exercise coach, board certified orthopedic specialist and mother. She loves to help women stay active during and after pregnancy so they can continue doing the things they love, improve their birth experience, and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. 

Frequently Asked Questions

  • You can start the course anytime you’d like. The exercises start gentle and gradually ramp up. Just be sure to monitor your body for readiness and have clearance from your doctor.

  • You will have access for a full year. If you would like to extend your access beyond a year we you can put in a request at that time.

  • Due to the nature of this program being fully available upon purchase, I do not offer refunds. 

  • You don't need much, because most of the equipment used can be substituted with common household items. 

    I do recommend having a resistance band like this as a minimum. Each workout will list out the equipment needed. 

  • This program requires a lot of upkeep financially and energetically on my end. So please support this work by not sharing your account password with friends.
