The Birth Body Program

Prepare your body (and pelvic floor!) for birthing, a supportive pregnancy, & and a strong postpartum recovery.

The Birth Body Program is a self-paced course that includes follow-along workouts, activities, and education to help you stay strong and confident on your journey.

This is for you if:

  • You're pregnant and are looking for ways to take care of your changing body

  • You want to stay active during pregnancy, prevent birth injury and set yourself up to maintain an active lifestyle postpartum

  • You've heard about how helpful pelvic floor PT can be but aren't ready to make that commitment

  • You want to improve your birth experience by learning how to support your body

  • You want to plan ahead for a faster postpartum recovery

  • You're experiencing new aches and pains but have been told it's normal and just wait it out (you don't have to wait!)

Staying active during pregnancy has multiple health benefits for mom and baby, but sometimes it's hard to do.

This program teaches ways to support your body so that you CAN stay active and prepare for your birth while doing so!

What Women Are Saying

Hear from past mamas who've completed the program:

  • There were so many tricks and exercises that I found myself using throughout the day. It makes me feel more connected to my body, which makes me feel more prepared.

  • I loved the format of handouts, learning, questions, and exercises! Annick is the perfect person to do this too - so comforting and warm and chill!

  • This program does a fantastic job explaining the physiology and body mechanics of birth and how to support a woman's body with PT.

  • The program is presented in a very accessible manner and the information shared was very useful for each stage of pregnancy, birth and beyond.

  • There is so much information about what happens to you and your body during pregnancy that it can be overwhelming. But this program provided great, actionable info along with exercises to practice in an easily-digestible format. I loved these classes!

  • Yes! If you focus in on the educational content, it can be finished in one sitting.

As for the exercise portion, that depends on how your body is feeling. But you can get all the benefits of this course with or without the workouts.

  • You will have access for a full year. If you would like to extend your access beyond a year we you can put in a request at that time.

  • Due to the nature of this program being fully available upon purchase, I do not offer refunds.

  • This course has roughly 2 hours of educational content that takes you through learning about the pelvic floor, supporting your body in pregnancy and preparing for birth. It has 1 hour of "bonus content" that is only needed if you're actively looking for solutions for common pregnancy complaints (like pain, constipation, sleep etc.). Finally, there are 6 x ~30-minute follow-along workouts.

  • You don't need much, because most of the equipment used can be substituted with common household items.

I do recommend having a resistance band like this as a minimum. Each workout will list out the equipment needed.

  • This program requires a lot of upkeep financially and energetically on my end. So please support this work by not sharing your account password with friends.

If however, you have a financial burden, please reach out and I am happy to offer a sliding scale.
